In 2023, there were 234 total edible exposure cases reported to Ohio Poison Centers for children under the age of 6 years. Already in 2024, Ohio Poison Centers have managed 204 cannabis edible exposures in this age group (data updated through July 31, 2024). "I was a mess. I am still emotional about it. Just seeing your child like helpless and in that situation is just difficult."
