Crazier things have happened… After Joe Biden bowed out and officially endorsed Kamala Harris, the popstar CharliXCX tweeted out “Kamala IS brat” and went insanely viral. For those not in the know, we are in the midst of a “brat summer” following the release of Charli’s recognizable neon album “brat.” So what does it mean for the singer to say Kamala is brat? Firstly, it’s not a bad thing, it more has to do with being what Charli would call “365 party girl.” In a TikTok interview, Charli XCX defined “brat” as: “You are just that girl who is a little messy and maybe says dumb things sometimes, who feels herself but then also maybe has a breakdown but parties through it. It is honest, blunt, and a little bit volatile.
