For today’s case, Dr. Emer is performing one of his favorite treatments, fat grafting to the penis as part of a full body transformation. He previously performed 360 HD-Lipo and Renuvion skin tightening to the torso, arms, and chest, as well as transferred fat to his shoulder, chest, and buttock. The fat removed from his stomach is being used to rejuvenate the penile area. We’re using about 10-15 CCs of nano-particulate fat, fine filtered fat cells, to inject thin threads and give the penis instant volumization. The fat will be injected both distally and proximally, and Dr. Emer pushes the penis downwards to get more length, by supporting the super pubic ligament. Then, he will go all the way down and inject into the super pubic fat pad that was previously reduced with lipo. PRP and ACELL is infused into the fat to give him vitality, meaning stronger erections, and better orgasms. We’re starting with a small amount of fat for now, and then planning to store it and use over the next year or two. The goal is to use the rest later to contour and to blend and penis, giving it a nice, even shape. It’s important not to overdo it in the first treatment, since the fat will not survive. This is a good starting point and gives him half an inch in girth, which will be built upon it in next few treatments. The post-op protocol includes Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, IV therapy/hydration, radiofrequency, and Venus Legacy.
