I have put together this new 3 MIN QUICK STANDING ABS WORKOUT - For Small Waist, Flat Belly & Ab Lines which is super effective, has beginner friendly modifications, but is challenging and fun.
This routine is a great way to work your entire core thoroughly, without going down to the mat to do traditional crunches. Besides, you tone up your midsection without straining your back.
