Such as an alcohol tincture, shatter, Cannaoil made from coconut oil or MTC Oil or any other oil of your choice. -1/2-3/4 cup water -4 tbs. plain gelatin -6 boxes flavored jello -3/4cup corn syrup -Flavoring liquid or powder -1/4 cup lemon juice (you can use lime juice too I prefer real lemon) -Upto 1tsp citric acid -up to 1 tbs lecithin (dry or liquid -Sweetener of your choice like stevia or equal -Terpenes. - Cannabis Tincture -Pam -Silicone molds that you can lightly spray with -cooking spray & put them on a -cookie sheet that you can place in the fridge. -Silicone squeeze bottle with a small tip. -Insulated glove or tea towel, paper towel to hold -squeeze bottle. it will be super hot if you spill it. - Ladle, measuring cup with pour spout to transfer candy to bottle - Double boiler - spatulas & container for hot water for utensils NEVER BOIL JELLO KEEP HEAT ON WARM OR LOW Heat on warm or low never more than medium 1. Add enough water to cover a little bit over the mixed jello powder so it can sit & bloom for 15 min.(JUST MEANS SIT & SOAK UP ALL THE WATER)This will make a kind of Jell-O puck. 2. Add jello puck to double boiler & melt down into liquid. 3. Add sweetener to the lemon juice, corn syrup, lecithin, Flavoring oils to double boiler 4. Taist and adjust Flavoring as needed. 5. simmer until clear. Taste test and add more citric acid or sweetener to make it taist the way you like it. 6.add tincture (shatter,cannaoil,weed/cbd) at the end of cooking candy mixture. 7. Once you add the tincture and terpenes you can simmer it on warm and try to get it clear but it is not necessary. Be careful with the temperature you don't want to get it to hot and Reck your product and the jello. 8. Take the molds that you sprayed lightly with cooking spray put them on a cookie sheet that you can place in the fridge. 9. Use your measuring cup or Ladle to transfer liquid candy from the double boiler to your squeeze bottle. Be careful this will burn you if you spill it on yourself. 10. Pour your candy into the molds and place your molds in the fridge for 5mi-1hr for them to set. 11. Once they have set you can pop them out onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper to sit and dry for a few days. After about 6-12 hours you can shake them in a cornstarch powdered sugar and citric acid mix to keep them from sticking to each other. You may have to do this a couple times if they sweat through. .
